The total ground floor is a large open living space that opens up to the garage – so that even this space can be utilised as a living space or bedroom. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms situated around a family room and a large view deck. Provision for extension of a future bedroom upstairs has been made. With reference to cape vernacular, the style was kept as simple as possible with no ornate features.
